We chose this hotel due to the location. Everything was as expected. A special mention to Denisa B and her partner who were working on Friday & Saturday evening. Both were very friendly, efficient and helpful. They made our stay even more enjoyable.

I’ve stayed here once before and had such a good experience we came back! Stayed here with my 2 children and honestly I can say that the staff have been AMAZING! Big shout out to Megan, who was amazing, so kind, smiley and so helpful, a real blessing!(This is a bonus when travelling solo with two young kids)! The rest of the staff were brilliant too! So helpful and you can tell that they are genuinely happy to work here! The room was great, and I will definitely be coming back!
I was expecting a good stay. I got a FANTASTIC stay. What an epic hotel at a truly reasonable rate for London. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever enjoyed. Big, attractive room. Big bathroom with full-size tub for a nice, hot soak after doing touristy things. Amazing soaps and body washes. Nice little coffee maker with some tasty chocolates. This is my new go-to hotel for London visits.
I booked a Premier Plus Room and I was pleasantly surprised. It had enough space to decorate for my daughter’s birthday, it was well lit and the temperature was adjustable to our needs. The bathroom was very clean and had sufficient towels; the choice of shower or bath was good too. We had a selection of teas, coffees and chocolates, good WiFi and good (but basic) TV channels. The hotel could do with some updating in the communal areas, but for the price you pay and the location (which is VERY convenient) I believe it can be overlooked. I would say that on our visit, there didn’t appear to be a lot of staff both FOH and House keeping. I didn’t choose to eat at the restaurant on this occasion so I can’t comment on the food. Overall I would definitely stay here again
We came for one night yesterday me and my kids. We usually stay at Battersea premier inn but was fully booked. So we stayed here for the first time. I used to live in the area so know it pretty well.
Would just like to say that I’ve stayed here for 3 nights with my 2 young children and Leo was by far the best service we had received he was ensuring everyone’s needs were met and was very helpful and kind! He definitely deserves a promotion
